At the exchange meeting, Huaneng Group made special reports on the operation and management of high-temperature reactors, follow-up project approval, and implementation of regulatory requirements. East China Supervision Station pointed out that under the strategic goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, nuclear power is an important area of energy growth in the future. Huaneng Group should anchor the target, take the initiative to do a good job in the safety of nuclear power plant operation, and effectively ensure the high-quality development of nuclear power. First, we must pay close attention to the implementation of responsibilities, strengthen the rigidity of the system, strengthen experience feedback, and ensure that nuclear safety gets through the last mile; second, we must combine the characteristics of the new reactor, continuously improve and optimize the management system, adhere to the principle of "strict management is love", and increase assessment Accountability; third, we must further coordinate with the design unit and actively carry out equipment reliability research; fourth, we must improve the skills of operation and maintenance personnel, aiming at possible emergency repairs, do a good job in pre-judgment and formulate plans; Fifth, according to the new model of "big owners", do a good job in sorting out the management system and process, and improve the ability to solve problems quickly.
